Yan Diomandé: First Training Session with Real Madrid
Real Madrid has released footage of their latest significant acquisition, Yan Diomandé, participating in his inaugural training session at the club's facilities. This event follows the conclusion of Real Madrid's extensive pursuit of the RB Leipzig standout, which culminated in a transfer agreement late this week.
After weeks of rigorous negotiations, Real Madrid successfully completed their sixth signing of a busy summer transfer window on Thursday. Diomandé was identified as the missing piece for José Mourinho's already potent attacking lineup. Officials at the Santiago Bernabéu agreed to meet the substantial financial demands set by Leipzig.
The Ivorian player arrived in Spain's capital this week and officially signed a long-term contract on Thursday. While the main Real Madrid squad departed for Budapest to participate in a friendly against Ferencváros, Diomandé was not included. Instead, the 19-year-old was instructed to remain in Madrid to undertake personalized training sessions designed to improve his fitness levels for the upcoming season.
